The order had come to me missing all but one tool. The customer service was quite responsive and helped to locate said tools and sent them quickly to make my oder whole again. I am grateful and can't wait to use the set. 10/10 customer support. I would have re-rated this a perfect 5 but tbh a 4 is all I can bring myself to give, I realized that the only reason the tools fell out of the container before they shipped to me was because this wasn't a sealed product (no plastic wrap), which lead me to believe it wasn't "brand new". Again all fine enough but for the value it was a lot to deal with. Hopefully the nippers don't have any issue, I know they don't like drops and I haven't gotten to try them yet so we will see. Again, great customer support, not a great experience overall though. I have purchased a lot from newtype and will continue to do so in the future though.

I am a big fan of DSPIAE's tools. The fit and finish is top notch and tools are well thought out. Although some tool model appear to be replicating the designs of others (Angle Cutter = RP Toolz) they take that extra with cleaning machinung, attractive hard anodized finish and quality packing. Like they realky want the buyer to have a wonderful experience unwrappibg their tools. Performance, quality and durability are exceptional. This kit offering presents a very classy and attractive package fron amazing Year of the Dragon graphics to Newtype's tasteful branding with the usual black finished components replace with beautiful gold anodized finish. When you flip up the lid the visual presentation excites the sense. The tools include their 3.0 nippers for delicate nonmarring removal of plastic parts from sprues. On par with the legendary Godhand nippers (yes, I have both), the dual end chiesel and carviñg knife hidden under magnetic gold caps. The small pin vise works well and looks very clazsy. The included drill bits are very sharp and cut well with high spiral flutes help with chip removal. However, they are fragile as are all the drills of this style. The small vise is very well done and pops in gold. A handy dual ended dusting brush and acrylic sanding boards round out the tools ofdering. All with the gold symbols and Newtype logos. A very nicely done two-side Year of tge Dragon mwdallion handsomely finished in gold is a bonus. I rate this offering as outstanding. I ordered 2 knowing the tools and presentation case were a great value.. so attractive I bought 5 more as gifts for my modeling team at Bhb innovations in California.
